SiMn Briquettes are engineered agglomerates produced by compressing high‑purity silicon‑manganese alloy powder with advanced binders. They provide high and consistent silicon and manganese recovery, rapid dissolution, and excellent slag‑forming properties, offering a cost‑effective and process‑stable solution for alloy addition, deoxidation, and desulfurization in electric arc furnace (EAF), ladle furnace (LF), and secondary steelmaking operations.
Manufactured through specialized mixing, high‑pressure briquetting, and low‑temperature curing processes, these briquettes feature uniform composition, high mechanical strength, low dust generation, and excellent storage stability.
