FeNi (Ferronickel) is a key nickel‑bearing ferroalloy produced from laterite nickel ores, containing 15–35% nickel with controlled levels of carbon, silicon, phosphorus, and sulfur. It serves as a cost‑effective and metallurgically efficient primary nickel source for stainless steel, heat‑resistant alloys, and specialty steelmaking, providing reliable nickel addition with high yield and consistent composition.

Manufactured through advanced pyrometallurgical smelting and refining processes, our FeNi delivers uniform nickel distribution, low impurity content, and excellent dissolution behavior in electric arc furnaces (EAF), AOD converters, and ladle refining systems. It supports the production of 300‑series and 400‑series stainless steels, duplex steels, and nickel‑alloyed engineering materials with enhanced corrosion resistance, high‑temperature strength, and mechanical stability.
