Rare Earth Magnesium (Nodularizer) – High-Efficiency Spheroidizing Agent for Premium Ductile Iron Production

Details

Barium Silicon (Inoculant) – High‑Efficiency Graphite Refinement and Solidification Control Agent for Cast Iron

Barium Silicon is a specialized inoculant alloy containing 3‑6% barium, 45‑65% silicon, and balanced iron, designed to significantly enhance the graphite structure and solidification behavior of gray and ductile iron. With its unique strong inoculation effect, extended fade resistance, and excellent chill‑reduction capability, it effectively promotes the formation of fine, uniform type‑A graphite and improves the overall soundness and machinability of iron castings.

Produced through precise smelting and granulation processes, our Barium Silicon inoculant offers consistent composition, controlled particle size distribution, and reliable dissolution behavior. It enables more effective nucleation during solidification, reduces undercooling tendency, and minimizes shrinkage and porosity defects, making it ideal for high‑volume automotive, machinery, and engineering applications.

We provide foundries with customizable Ba/Si ratios, various particle‑size options, and tailored inoculation‑process guidance to meet specific casting requirements. Supported by expert metallurgical assistance and dependable supply, we are committed to being your trusted partner in achieving superior casting quality, higher production yields, and improved cost‑effectiveness in iron‑foundry operations.
